What to expect when arriving for your appointment at Regenerative & Restorative Health Center.

The Office
Located at 14800 W. Mountain View Blvd. Ste 210 on the second floor inside the Colonade Professional Plaza in Surprise Arizona. There is an elevator in the main lobby of the building and a staircase at either end. We are located in the west end of the building.
02.
Checking In
We hope you find our office friendly and inviting. As you enter you will see our comfortable waiting area, directly to the right of that is our reception. There you can check in for your appointment, receive and return the necessary forms and paperwork.
03.
Forms & Paperwork
Please be sure fill out our forms as thoroughly as possible. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. You may have been emailed your forms and have already filled them out. Please be sure double check with reception for any missing paperwork.
04.
Seeing Your Practitioner
After checking, completing all necessary paperwork, and a short wait, you will then be greeted by your practitioner. Please be patient as there are also other people receiving their treatments. Your Naturopathic Doctor will take more time than a traditional doctor. Don't be alarmed, this is normal, it is because we care. Our Aesthetics Professional may do things a little differently, take note, their results will speak for themselves.
