Finding the Office
We're located at 14800 W. Mountain View Blvd, Ste 210, on the second floor inside the Colonnade Professional Plaza in Surprise, Arizona. There's an elevator in the main lobby and a staircase at either end of the building—our suite is at the west end. Parking is available on-site, and we're easy to reach from across the West Valley.

Checking In
As you enter, you'll find a comfortable waiting area with our reception desk just to the right. Our team will check you in, hand you any remaining forms, and answer any questions before your appointment begins. We want this part to feel friendly and unhurried.

Forms & Paperwork
Please complete your intake forms as thoroughly as possible—the detail you share helps your practitioner understand your full health picture. Many patients receive forms by email beforehand and arrive ready to go; if so, just confirm with reception that nothing is missing. Never hesitate to ask if a question isn't clear.

Meeting Your Practitioner
After a short wait, your practitioner will greet you and begin your consultation. Naturopathic visits intentionally run longer than a typical doctor's appointment—because understanding your history, lifestyle, and goals is part of the medicine. Please be patient, as other patients are receiving treatments too. Our aesthetics professionals may do things a little differently; their results speak for themselves.

Once your practitioner understands your concerns, you'll discuss next steps together—which may include lab testing, a tailored treatment plan, or a follow-up visit. Every recommendation is built around your goals, with clear explanations so you always know the 'why' behind your care.
